Walk for Wukwashi
Get to your feet and help disabled children in Zambia get to theirs. Join our Walk for Wukwashi and help us raise money to fund the physiotherapy, mobility aids, and spiritual and social support that Wukwashi gives to vulnerable children like Jade, and their families.
On September 9, you could be part of the BCT team joining 2,000 other people in London on a 25km trek, zigzagging across 16 bridges along the Thames, from Putney Bridge to Southwark. Take on a challenge, see the sights of London and raise money for a fantastic cause.
This day-long adventure will take about 4-6 hours, depending on your fitness. It’s certainly a challenge, but you will gain unique views across some of London’s most amazing landmarks. You will need to be active, mobile and in good health to complete the challenge. The minimum age to participate is 16 years old.
BCT will take care of the registration fees. But we would love you to raise a minimum sponsorship of ÂŁ350 for the work of Wukwashi, BCT’s partner project, serving disabled children in Zambia.
Sign up below and we’ll be in touch soon to welcome you to the team and give you all the info you’ll need.
