Karen Brickley (Chair)
Karen’s professional experience covers public relations and human resources, beginning in her native Zimbabwe and continuing after her move to the UK in 1989. She currently works for a telecoms company in London, alongside being mum to her 2 children.

Terry Davey
Terry brings a breadth of management experience to the Board of Trustees, having spent 16 years in senior management roles, including 10 years at Board level. He currently works as an independent Interim Manager and Business Consultant and has prior experience as a Trustee for a Christian charity focusing on rehabilitation for drug-users.
“I long to see a world where vulnerable children are supported and given a chance in life.”
Chrissie Wilkinson
Chrissie's background includes 15 years teaching, with experience in special educational needs, and 12 years working for an international organisation supporting children at risk, with her various roles including travel to many countries to train project leaders in aspects of child care. She is married with two teenage daughters and is currently a foster carer.
"We can best help children at risk by responding to the 'one' in front of us. I love the opportunity to be part of equipping the church to respond practically to the needs of children."
Will Bostock
Will has worked in both the catering provision and the information technology service professions.
As well as being a husband, and a father to two children, he currently helps with the youth group at his church.
"I believe that when children are encouraged and nurtured the bridge between despair and hope is built - and hope changes the world."
Jonathan Smith
An accountant by profession, with over 15 years experience in public sector organisations, Jonathan currently works in Westminster. He has an MBA and is a member of the Chartered Mangement Institute.
In addtion to his role with The Bethany Children's Trust, Jonathan is a trustee of two other charities working in the faith and arts sectors. He is active in his local church and, to relax enjoys movies, cycling and watching rugby.
With a PhD in Biochemistry and many years experience in research for the medical and food sectors, Theresa is currently a research programme manager for the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
She and her husband have church leadership roles in teaching, prayer and missions, and they have three children.
Theresa's desire to play a part in promoting excellent care for children prompted her to become a BCT trustee.
