28 year old Nikelo cares for his 5 young brothers and sisters. He cannot walk because of physical disability, but he wants to take care of his family. "I'd like to learn to sew. I want to work as a tailor so I can provide an income for us." Pukusu Children's Ministries are helping Nikelo and his siblings find ways to meet their needs.
Children
We believe every child should have the opportunity to be loved, safe, nurtured and free to reach their God-given potential.
Relationships
We think it’s important to build relationships of trust and respect with the people, churches and projects with whom we work.
Local Vision
Our aim is to help churches develop initiatives that fulfil their particular vision for transforming children’s lives in their own communities.
Mulitiplication
we especially like to work with initiatives that have the potential to be replicated across a region or country, because this spreads impact rather than limiting it to one locality.
Church
It’s our belief that God wants the church to care about and for children. We are convinced that churches throughout the world have the potential to play a valuable role in caring for children at risk.
Supporters
BCT supporters are a key part of our team and we love helping people find a way of being involved that fits with their skills, interests and time available.
