Administrator (part-time)

Do you want to use your skills and experience to bring strong admin support to a small and dynamic charity working on behalf of marginalised children? Then this is your opportunity! 

The Role 

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will be able to provide strong administrative support to BCT’s staff, trustees and volunteers, and to develop this aspect of our work.  

Required skills and experience: BCT’s Administrator must have at least 3 years’ proven experience and good proficiency in: 

  • Office administration
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in using Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
  • Records management in an online and offline environment
  • Regulatory compliance, including data protection, employment and charity legislation

Desired skills and experience: 

  • Knowledge and application of health and safety procedures 
  • HR experience
  • Experience in using Office 365 

The successful applicant will be able to embrace BCT’s Christian beliefs, ethos and values.  

Status: Part-time (3 days a week)  

Salary: On request 

Location: Home working
