He's done it!

On Saturday afternoon, Phil Edwards strolled into Poole, bringing an end to an epic 643 mile trek along the South West Coast Path. Phil set out from Minehead on 11th June and has now completed the whole length of the coast path, making light of difficult terrain and some appalling weather. He was met at journey's end by Lyn, his wife and BCT's Operations Manager, who treated him to a big hug and a bottle of fizz!

Phil is understandably exhausted after his odyssey but also delighted to have seen it through. As well as being a huge feat of endurance, Phil's walk has raised an incredible £5,000 for our partners' work with marginalised children!
