Geoff has spent more than 25 years experience in independent and maintained schools, including a headship at one of the UK’s largest state-funded academies. During his time in education, he trained to be an Ofsted Inspector and a Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Coach with the Hay Group. He is currently Director of Cornerstone Global, an education consultancy, and also works for Oundle Baptist Church. Geoff lives in Northamptonshire, with his wife and two children.
