Steph Farrant

My name is Steph Farrant, I have been the project coordinator for BCT’s APRECOM programme in Rwanda since 2023, it is a privilege to serve God and BCT’s project partners and communities in this role and it is immensely rewarding to see the continued faithfulness of God and the wonderful results achieved through APRECOM despite often challenging political and local contexts. I have additionally started as the grant and bid writer for BCT and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to work with the team to identify further funding partners for BCT. Previously I worked with Viva Network and have also worked and volunteered in the UK and overseas with international charities including BMS World Mission, Lumos and Project Possible (formerly ROPE). I have an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS and a BA in Early Childhood Studies from Anglia Ruskin. For the rest of the week I look after my two boys with my husband and we live in Buckinghamshire. We attend small local church in Aylesbury where my husband is the treasurer! I look forward to continuing to support Bethany’s valuable work and I am so grateful for the support and prayers of everyone at BCT and beyond!
