As you may be aware, an Ebola outbreak has been reported in eastern DRC, including areas around Goma where our partner, LVLE, works with vulnerable children, street children and families.
In response, LVLE is seeking support to strengthen community Ebola prevention efforts in order to save lives. This urgent work includes training community volunteers, religious leaders and school managers, providing hygiene kits and disinfectants, installing handwashing facilities, and delivering awareness campaigns to help communities recognise symptoms, understand prevention measures and reduce the risk of infection.
The project aims to reach more than 1,500 children, parents and community members with vital Ebola prevention support.
Please pray for those affected and for those working to protect vulnerable communities during this outbreak.
If you would like to support this appeal, donations can be made through our dedicated DRC Ebola Response page:

Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
